Definitions

ClassicMU Project — the multiplayer online game "MU Online" related to the Website.
User — a person who uses the Website and/or the ClassicMU Project.
ClassicMU Team — the administration of the ClassicMU online resource.
Acceptance of the Terms of Use
This User Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement," governs the relationship between the ClassicMU Team, available online at https://classimu.eu, and you, the User, on the other side. By using the ClassicMU Project services, you unconditionally agree to this Agreement. The ClassicMU Team may amend the Agreement at any time without prior notice by publishing the latest version of the Agreement. It is the User’s responsibility to check the current version of the Agreement.
Creating an account and using the Website and/or ClassicMU Project implies your full acceptance of all the terms of this User Agreement, as well as consent to the collection, storage, and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy. The ClassicMU Team reserves the right to deny a User access to the service and its offerings without prior notice if the User violates the terms of this Agreement. You agree that the ClassicMU Team reserves the right to terminate services or modify them at any time without notice and is not responsible for doing so.
Terms of the Agreement
The ClassicMU Team reserves the right to close or limit access at any time without prior notice to the User. In the event of a violation of this Agreement by the User, the ClassicMU Team may close access to the Website and/or ClassicMU Project at its discretion. If the ClassicMU Team closes or limits access to an account, the User will no longer have access to the account. The User is not entitled to demand compensation for virtual currency or services purchased during the use of the ClassicMU Project and/or Website.
Terms of Use
The ClassicMU Project is a demonstration and is not affiliated with WebZen's official servers. If you wish to play the full version of the game, you must go to WebZen's official servers. The ClassicMU Project is not used for commercial purposes or profit. All accounts, characters, game items, and actions within the ClassicMU Project are the exclusive property of ClassicMU.
User Responsibilities
If receiving online gaming services is prohibited in your country or if there are other legal restrictions, including age restrictions, you are not allowed to use the ClassicMU Project or the services provided on the Website. The User agrees to follow the terms of the Agreement and is responsible for all actions taken on the ClassicMU Project and the Website.
Liability Limitation
Under no circumstances will the ClassicMU Team and the ClassicMU Project be liable to the User or third parties for any damage, including lost profits or data. By using the services, the User agrees that the ClassicMU Team and the ClassicMU Project are not liable for harm to honor, dignity, business reputation, or other wrongful actions by third parties, among other things.
By using the ClassicMU Project services, the User agrees to assume personal responsibility. The ClassicMU Team or its representatives are not liable to third parties for any costs incurred.
Virtual Currency and Services
The ClassicMU Project services may include the option to purchase virtual in-game currency as well as virtual services using legitimate payment methods. You may use these options if you have reached the age of majority in your country of residence. All virtual currency and services are non-refundable. You do not acquire ownership rights over the virtual services and/or currency you purchase. The ClassicMU Team maintains full control over all virtual currency and services and may change their value or the currency itself at any time with or without notice.
By purchasing virtual currency and/or using internal services, you agree to the ClassicMU Project's Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property Rights
All property and intellectual property rights related to the ClassicMU Project belong to the ClassicMU Project and its owners. By using the services, you do not acquire any copyrights over the intellectual property of the ClassicMU Project. Any use of intellectual property beyond the services may only occur with written consent from the ClassicMU Team.
General Information
The ClassicMU Team provides services around the clock and daily and offers users consultation support. The ClassicMU Project and Website are free to access. The ClassicMU Team reserves the right to change the pricing policy at any time. The User agrees, understands, and accepts that the game is not a gambling or money game. Donations to the server are voluntary and are not necessary or obligatory to participate in the game or gaming process. The User consents to receive informational and technical newsletters to the email address provided during registration.
Agreement Terms
This User Agreement is an integral part of the ClassicMU Project and Website. The User agrees to check the Agreement for changes before each login to the ClassicMU Project and before each visit to the Website. Disagreement with even one provision of this Agreement prohibits the use of the ClassicMU Project. The rules apply to every ClassicMU Project User, whether registered or not.
Participant/User Account, Password, and Security
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account and is fully responsible for all actions taken under their password or account. It is forbidden to sell or purchase another person’s account or any resources within the account (characters, items, credits, etc.).
Final Provision
This Agreement between the User and the ClassicMU Project defines the procedure for using the services of the ClassicMU Project. It supersedes all other agreements, whether oral or written, between the User and the ClassicMU Project regarding this usage.
